Watershed Discovery Day Cleanup
🌳 Join us at Mill Park with partners Clackamas Water Environment Services, World Salmon Council, and North Clackamas Parks and Recreation for a family-friendly day caring for Johnson Creek Watershed.
🗑️ Help clean up litter with SOLVE 9am-11am. Enjoy fun activities at JCWC partner booths 10am-12pm. Follow your Watershed Discovery Day passport to learn how to contribute to healthy streams, protect local wildlife 🐦, and win prizes! Enter a raffle to win goodies from Portland Nursery, Missionary Chocolates, and SOLVE!
Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
Meeting Location: Volunteers will meet at Mill Park and then fanning out for a dispersed litter cleanup. Look for the SOLVE signs.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.
What's Provided: SOLVE will provide trash grabbers, trash bags, work gloves, and high-vis vests.
Restrooms: One standard and one ADA accessible portapotty will be available on site.
Parking: There will be street parking available for vehicles. There will be an additional parking lot available for use that is across the street from the park on the corner of SE Linwood Ave and SE Overland St. The neighborhood is pedestrian and bike friendly.
Transit: Take TriMet bus line 71 to SE Bell & Johnson Creek. Walk 8 minutes to the meeting location.
Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.
Translation Services: There will be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
