New Leader Orientation

Are you ready to take the next step in creating positive change?

Our virtual orientations are designed for anyone interested in partnering with SOLVE. Whether you’re new to our work, a long-time volunteer stepping into a leadership role, or part of a community group or nonprofit looking to expand your impact, these sessions will guide you in using SOLVE’s resources effectively.

How to Join an Orientation:

1. Log in or create a SOLVE account.
   This is required to access the event leader form and the resources we’ll discuss during the orientation.
2. Fill out the event leader form.
   This helps us tailor the session to your needs and ensures you’re prepared to get started.
3. Browse the calendar below to select and register for an upcoming orientation.
   If none of the available times work for you, email us at programs@solveoregon.org to arrange a one-on-one session at a time that works for you.

During the orientation, we’ll cover:

• Stages of Event Leadership
• Event Expectations: Before, During, and After
• Available Resources
• Next Steps

The final 30 minutes will be reserved for questions, allowing you to explore specific topics or get tailored guidance.
