Gold Beach Cleanup with Wild Coast Vacations

This project is to give back to our environment for Earth Day.  We will be cleaning litter from the beaches and disposing it in the trash. Not only will it be an asset for those who love to walk the beach, but it also helps the animals (on shore and in the ocean) so they will not be affected by the litter as they try to live their lives.

It's a double win for volunteers . . . you get to visit the beautiful beaches in our community AND you help make a difference for the future to keep them available for more visits.

Advanced Registration: Is required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Volunteers will be meeting at the Visitor's Center at 94080 Shirley Lane, Gold Beach. Look for the SOLVE signs.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Trash bags and gloves will be provided. We recommend volunteers bring your own gloves as well as any other materials that will help them assist in picking up trash on the beach such as trash grabbers, hand shovels, sieves and screens.

Restrooms: Restrooms will be available at the Visitors Center IF they are open

Parking: There are parking spaces on upper and lower level sat the Visitors Center.

Transit: Not available nearby

Accessibility: This area may not be easily accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
