Oregon Spring Cleanup at Alton Baker Park / Whilamut Natural Area

Join Nearby Nature for this year's Alton Baker Park Cleanup on Saturday April 20th and help enhance Alton Baker Park and the Whilamut Natural Area. This beautiful area sits adjacent to the Willamette River path and showcases native trees; wildflowers, and wildlife!

Advanced Registration: Is required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Volunteers will be meeting in the Water-Wise Garden in front of Nearby Nature headquarters. Look for the SOLVE signs.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Trash bags and grabbers will be provided.

Restrooms: There is an outdoor restroom on site.

Parking: If the Community Garden parking lot overflows, there is plenty of parking in the main park area.

Transit: There is an LTD bus stop very close to the entrance of the park.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.

Participant Age Guidelines: Recommended for Ages 13 and Up
