Portland Parks & Recreation Woods Memorial Park Volunteer Event

Project details
Join Portland Parks & Recreation, Friends of Woods Park, and SOLVE for our monthly volunteer event at  Woods Park. Volunteers will be maintaining the trails in the park . This is a great way to get outside and enjoy nature. No experience needed. Tools, gloves, water, coffee, snacks and project instructions provided. Please dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and bring your own personal water bottle and snacks. Volunteers will be hiking to the project site.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Portland Parks & Recreation will proved tools, gloves, project instruction, coffee, snacks and water.

Parking: Parking is available at the entrance. Please do not block the gate and do no leave anything of value in your car.
