Inaugural Pick It Up, Vancouver! Celebration
Join us for the inaugural 'Pick It Up, Vancouver!' event at The Hudson building in Downtown Vancouver! We'll start with a quick check-in, gear up with supplies, and receive a safety speech before we get down to business. After the event, please join us for a pizza and ice cream party to celebrate your hard work! Big thanks to Hungry Sasquatch and Umpqua Dairy for their kind donations.
'Pick It Up, Vancouver!' is more than just a cleanup—it's an opportunity to build connections within our community, foster a sense of pride in our surroundings, and make a tangible difference in our local environment. Your help makes all the difference, so let's show Downtown Vancouver some love on October 11th.
Cleanup: 10am-12pm, with afterparty immediately following.
Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
Meeting Location: We will be meeting outside The Hudson building in Downtown Vancouver, just off the City Center I5 North exit. Look for the SOLVE signs!

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.
What's Provided: Gloves, hi-vis vests, bags, and trash grabbers.
Restrooms: Bathrooms are available in the sister building next door. Please see a SOLVE staff member for access.
Parking: Please use street parking or the public pay-to-park lot on 6th St between Washington and Columbia.
Transit: Bus #60 and #105.
Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.
Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
