PGNA Ed Benedict Park Clean-up

Join the Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood Association clean up in and around Ed Benedict Park and the nearby neighborhood. The event will begin at 10am at Ed Benedict Park where participants will a safety briefing and recieve cleanup supplies, including gloves, bags, and other items. 

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Volunteers will be meeting in the Ed Benedict Park parking lot. Look for a table with the PGNA signs.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Please be sure to wear close-toed shoes, dress weather-appropriate, and bring a backpack if you plan to bring other personal items to allow for hand-free work. All volunteers are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles to stay hydrated.

Restrooms: There are restrooms at the park.

Parking: There is parking at Ed Benedict Park and accessible from 104th

Transit: There is a TriMet stop at SE Powell & 102nd (Stop IDs 4562 and 4563).

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.

Participant Age Guidelines: Recommended for Ages 13 and Up
