Make a Difference: Hillsboro Cleanup with SOLVE & Intel!

Join SOLVE and Intel for a morning of community action in Hillsboro as we work together to
remove litter and keep our shared spaces clean and beautiful.

As part of the Oregon Spring Cleanup, this event invites Intel employees, fellow tech partners,
and local community members to make a tangible impact on the environment.

Intel has long been dedicated to sustainability and community well-being, actively working
to reduce environmental impact and support the health of the places they call home.
Hillsboro also holds a special place in SOLVE’s history as the site of our original headquarters,
making this cleanup an especially meaningful opportunity to give back to the area.

All necessary cleanup supplies will be provided—just bring your enthusiasm
and a willingness to make a difference!

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: SR. CENTER Parking Lot | Enter park at SE 8th St & SE Maple St. | Look for SOLVE signage, canopy, tables and SOLVE staff.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: All tools, trash collection containers, deluxe litter grabbers, protective work gloves, and high-visibility vests.

Restrooms: Bathrooms will be available near the event site, as well as area retail businesses.

Parking: Parking will be available near the event site.

Transit: TriMet bus route #57 or the North Hillsboro Link shuttle, both of which serve the area around Shute Park.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
