Hollywood Neighborhood Cleanup

Join us to clean the Hollywood district of NE Portland. We will focus on the area (roughly) between NE 39th Ave and NE 45th Ave, and NE Tillamook St to NE Halsey St. This event will be entirely outdoors. After a safety talk and getting cleanup supplies, you will spend about 1.5 hours picking up litter in the neighborhood to improve our community and protect our ecosystem. Let's work together to make Portland a better place!

Advanced Registration: Is required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Laughing Planet's Hollywood location is on NE 42nd Ave just north of NE Sandy Blvd.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Trash grabbers and bags, gloves, and vests will be provided.

Restrooms: No public restrooms are available

Parking: On-street parking in the area should be easy to find. As a courtesy to our host, Laughing Planet, please don't park in their small lot!

Transit: The Hollywood Transit Center is a short walk away, and Trimet bus service makes several stops in the area.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
