Neighboorhood Clean-Up & Meet-Up!

Description:

Come meet your neighbors in Powellhurst-Gilbert and join us the second Saturday of every month for a neighborhood clean-up from 10am-12pm! We will be meeting at The Daily Planet at 10AM (11312 SE Powell Blvd). Let’s come together to help clean up our neighborhood by picking up litter. We’ll provide all tools you'll need, but feel free to bring your own tools or supplies if you have them! Let’s make a positive impact together. All ages welcome!

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Meeting at the parking lot of the Daily Planet. Look for SOLVE signs.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Gloves, safety vests, litter grabbers, bags, and buckets.

Restrooms: No public restrooms are available

Parking: Parking in Daily Planet lot is okay, but walking/biking/bussing is encouraged.

Transit: #9 Bus stop located at 112th & Powell #17 Bus stop located at 112th & Holgate

Accessibility: This area may not be easily accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
