Join our Clean Up & Recycling Crew for the Air Show! Picture this: outdoor fun, sunny days, and a tidy Air Show venue. You'll be part of a fantastic team making a positive impact. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new, we'd love to have you!

Advanced Registration: Is required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Volunteer Check In across from Volunteer & Vendor Lot.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Trash bags, Bottle Drop bags, gloves, trash picker, Biohazard bins.

Restrooms: Available around Air Show grounds.

Parking: Complimentary parking for SOLVE volunteers at our Volunteer & Vendor Lot. Use 333 NE Armory Way, McMinnville, OR 97128 to arrive at Armory Way. Parking lot attendants will help you park at Vendor & Volunteer Lot.

Transit: Not available nearby

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
