11.22.25 West Waluga Park - Camas Planting

Help the friends and neighbors of West Waluga Park add some color to the wetlands by planting native camas bulbs to the wetland fields next to the paved trail. Save some time to explore the area of this hidden neighborhood gem.

Please wear closed-toe shoes. Bring gloves and water to drink.

Meeting Location: The meeting location will be the covered shelter nest to the restrooms located at the West Waluga Park parking lot.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: All tools are provided. Please bring closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather and planting. Most bring their own gloves even though clean gloves will be provided upon request.

Restrooms: two non-gendered restrooms adjacent to the parking lot.
