Detrash Portland: Downtown Cleanup

Join SOLVE for a downtown litter cleanup outside The Benson Hotel! Help us keep the heart of Portland clean and beautiful by picking up litter around this iconic location. The event kicks off with check-in, supply distribution, and a safety talk. Whether you're a local, a guest, or just passing through, all are welcome to lend a hand and make a positive impact on our city streets.

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: We will be meeting just outside of The Benson Hotel. Look for the SOLVE tables!

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Gloves, high-visibility vests, grabbers, and bags.

Restrooms: There are bathrooms available inside of The Benson.

Parking: There is street parking and garages nearby.

Transit: MAX Red and Yellow lines, and bus #19 and #63.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
